"Midnight Run was recommended to me by someone I trust AND 2 other shops in town that were booked up! Must be doing something right? Yep! Used car (new to me) sat in a garage for a bit before my purchase. She needed a safety inspection, oil change, wipers, basics, you know, a mechanic’s eye- also troubleshooting a couple things. I had 500 miles to get her home. Bring it in, they can definitely do the basics and confidently told me they could look her over and give me an estimate. I had a few days to wait. Next day: • they called with a thorough explanation of what they did and what they found • they gave some options on minor things that could wait if needed, and • they gave an estimate range and approx time it would be ready. EXCELLENT communication and updates when needed. “It will be ready Thursday” I expected 4 or 5pm, but NO. It’s 10:00 AM and she was ready, fitting perfectly into my schedule. Sounds corny, but the character, honesty, quality, and fairness at this shop should be a model for great work and great customer service everywhere. I have to give 6 out of 5 here folks. By the way, pet the corgi first if the dogs are there 😉"
